i liked the convenient location near Liverpool Street Station. The hotel provides easy access to transport links. My room included ample space with well-designed interiors. I found the breakfast selection extensive, with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
the gym is surprisingly SMALL given the hotel size. It only has a few cardio machines.

the lima peruvian restaurant provided an excellent meal. every dish was beautifully presented with flavorful ingredients. suel, the waiter, was fantastic and attentive during the evening.
i noticed the housekeeping staff did not consistently replace coffee pods or provide fresh coffee cups.

the superior room was spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks. i found bottled water left daily in my room, a nice touch.

the suite was comfortable. it had thick towels and robes. the selection of teas was good. there was also a coffee machine.
the noise from the maid team woke me up in the morning. the tv and entertainment services were poor! for a boutique hotel. the room was small

this hotel is just fabulous. I WAS greeted warmly, and the check-in process was very smooth. My room offered ample space and included top amenities. The provided toiletries smelled WONDERFUL, and the bed ensured a restful sleep.
i did notice a tiny stain on one of the towels, but it was so minor i almost didn't mention it.
